These Terms of Service govern your use of the Orthodox Electric & Generators website and your communications with us. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Orthodox Electric & Generators (“Orthodox Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1403 W. Virginia St., Navasota, TX 77868. By using our website, contacting us, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Orthodox Electric provides residential and commercial electrical and generator services in Navasota and the surrounding Brazos Valley, including installation, repair, panel upgrades, EV charger installation, generator sales and installation, and related work. We are a licensed electrical contractor (TECL# 38638) and master electrician (TEML# 607390). The scope, schedule, and price of any specific job are defined in the estimate or work agreement we provide for that job.
Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Estimates and quotes we provide are based on the information available to us at the time and on a reasonable assessment of the work requested. Final pricing may change if site conditions, materials, code requirements, or the scope of work differ from what was originally described. We will communicate any significant change before performing the additional work whenever practical. Quotes are valid for the period stated, or for 30 days if no period is given.
Scheduling, Payment & Cancellations
- Service is scheduled by appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Payment is due as described in your estimate or invoice. We will let you know the accepted payment methods at the time of service.
- Deposits, where required, are applied to your final invoice and are discussed before work begins.
Workmanship & Warranties
We perform our work in accordance with applicable electrical codes and professional standards. Equipment such as generators, panels, and EV chargers is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and any workmanship warranty we offer will be described in your estimate or work agreement. Except as expressly stated in writing, our services are provided without other warranties, and we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, the actions of other contractors, or issues outside the scope of the work we performed.
